Privacy policy of the atelierwartości.org service

Atelier Wartości Limited Liability Company, based in Cianowice, respects the right to privacy of users of atelierwartości.org (the Service). In particular, it takes care to protect their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent third-party interference in users' privacy. Our actions are aimed at ensuring users feel completely secure at a level appropriate to the applicable law, including:​

  • Regulation of the European Parliament and Council 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

  • Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services;

  • Act of July 12, 2024 - Electronic Communications Law

Using the Service is carried out via a secure SSL protocol, which significantly enhances the protection of data transmission over the Internet.

Glossary of terms:

  • cookie - a small piece of information stored by the server on the user's computer, which the server can read when reconnecting from that computer,

  • system log - information sent to the server by the user's computer with each connection, which may contain various data (e.g., IP number), from which the origin of the connection can be determined more or less accurately,

  • IP address - an individual number that is usually assigned to each computer connected to the Internet; the IP number can be permanently associated with a given computer (static) or assigned for a specific connection (dynamic),

  • SSL protocol - a special standard for transmitting data on the Internet, in which the transmission is encrypted, as opposed to regular transmission, where the data is sent in plain text.

 

I. Administrator and Data Protection Officer

  • The administrator of the data concerning users collected through the Service is: Atelier Wartości Limited Liability Company, based in Cianowice, address: Al. Parkowa 8

  • The administrator is not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer

 

II. Data Collection

In the context of the user's use of the Service, we store HTTP requests directed to the server. The viewed resources are identified by URLs and concern:

  • the user's station name - identification carried out via the HTTP protocol, if possible;

  • the username provided during the authorization process;

  • the time of the request arrival;

  • the first line of the HTTP request;

  • the HTTP response code;

  • the number of data sent by the server;

  • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (the so-called referer link) - in case the transition to the Service occurred through an external link;

  • information about the user's browser;

  • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction.

 

The above-mentioned data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the Service's pages.​

The Services do not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookies. Information collected in this way is used, among others, for:​

  • managing the Service;

  • identifying potential security threats;

  • studying the aggregated traffic of users within the Service and for statistical purposes, including using Google Analytics and GetResponse tools, only if mailing campaigns are additionally conducted;

 

However, the user may be asked to provide the following personal data when using the functionalities of the Service:

  • first and last name;

  • email address;

  • phone number;

  • company address and name;

  • content of the contact message.

 

Providing the above-mentioned data is voluntary, but without it, it may not be possible to use the Service in the scope of functionalities that require it (e.g., processing an order for publication).​

III. Processing of Personal Data

Data collected through the Service regarding the user may be used to determine the adaptation of the Service's content to the user's needs and to respond to inquiries directed by the user using the contact form.

The collected personal data of users are not transferred to international organizations or third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with Union law or national law.

Personal data collected through forms, to which the User has consented, is processed for the purpose and duration necessary to properly handle the task. Details are specified in the GDPR information clause.

The Administrator has accounts on social media platforms X, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, and YouTube. The accounts are maintained to disseminate knowledge about the activities conducted by the Administrator.

We inform you that external links, widgets, and embed codes may have been placed on some subpages of the Service, allowing its Users to directly access other websites, or during the use of the Service, additional cookies from other entities, especially from providers such as: X, Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, YouTube, and Google, may be placed on your device to enable you to use the functionalities of the Service integrated with these services. Each provider specifies the rules for the use of cookies in its privacy policy, therefore we have no influence on the privacy policies maintained by the providers and the use of cookies. For security reasons, we recommend that before using resources offered by other websites or services, every User familiarize themselves with the document regarding the privacy policy and the use of cookies.

User Rights

The User has the following rights regarding the processing of their data:

  • access to data;

  • rectification of data;

  • erasure or restriction of processing;

  • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the protection of personal data – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

 

IV. Use of Cookies

The Service, in accordance with Article 173 of the Act of July 16, 2004 Telecommunications Law, uses cookies which are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the User's end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.

Cookies are used for:

  • facilitating the User's use of the Service during browsing;

  • later associating the User in case of reconnecting the Service to the device on which they were saved;

  • creating statistics that help understand how Users of the Service use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;

  • customizing the content of the Service's websites to the User's specific preferences and optimizing the use of the websites tailored to the User's individual needs;

 

Within the Service, we use the following types of cookies:

Changing the conditions for storing or receiving cookies is possible by configuring settings in web browsers, e.g.:

 

Web browsing software, i.e. web browser, usually by default allows storing cookies on the User's end device. Users of the Service can change the settings in this regard. The web browser allows for the deletion of cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies.
